Water, contained in the wall (damp of new houses, condensation,
rising soil moisture), withdraws - through evaporation - thermoenergy
(needed for the process of evaporation). The walls cool down and have
to be warmed up again by heating. The amount of water contained in
the walls stresses the house energetically, because it has to be heated
up with the rest of the house.
The high energy consumption is explainable as follows:
- Water has twice the heat reservoir then beton.
- Energy, which is used for heating an object is dependent on the
